  • Phone-based support — inbound and outbound

What You’ll Do

  • Handle patient calls and resolve billing questions with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Review and explain statements, insurance details, payment plans, and account balances
  • Work within EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
  • Research account information quickly using internal resources and tools
  • Support onboarding and mentorship for new hires after training

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year in a healthcare call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology (HIPAA, EOBs, ICD-10, CPT, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
