📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage provider schedules and coordinate appointments
• Track referrals and follow up with patients
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Ensure accurate scheduling and registration data
• Troubleshoot technical issues for virtual appointments
• Manage reschedules, cancellations, and add-ons per protocol
• Support communication between patients, providers, and insurance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
• Experience in healthcare appointment scheduling
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices
• Independent, self-motivated, and organized
• Proficient in remote work environments
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred
• Referral management experience is a plus
