Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% remote (U.S.-based)
  • Must have weekday availability aligned to Eastern Time Zone (EST)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of 8–10 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs), managing real-time queues and traffic flow
  • Deliver regular coaching, QA reviews, and 1:1 feedback to elevate performance and support growth
  • Coordinate onboarding, answer escalations, and build a supportive team culture
  • Collaborate with PSR Manager to improve workflows, SOPs, and training rubrics
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize the patient support experience

What You Need

  • 3+ years in a patient-facing support role, ideally in healthcare or tech
  • 1+ years in a team lead, QA, or training role
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Athena, and Google Workspace
  • Proven ability to balance empathy and accountability in high-paced environments
  • Strong coaching, communication, and operations skills
