Full-time | Remote | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to patient calls, emails, and live chats with empathy and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments and route messages between patients, labs, and pharmacies.
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, products, and services.
  • Record all interactions and updates in the CRM system with precision.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

What You Need

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask in digital systems.
