Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, primarily by phone, delivering empathetic, discreet, high-quality support
  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls for patient support, scheduling, service recovery, and care coordination
  • Resolve escalated patient concerns, complaints, or grievances using service recovery protocols and good judgment
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in Zendesk and the EHR system
  • Act as a patient advocate and liaison across internal teams to drive timely resolutions
  • Identify recurring experience gaps and share insights with leadership to improve workflows
  • Protect patient confidentiality across all systems and communications
  • Model core values: compassion, accountability, respect, integrity, and trust

What You Need

  • 5+ years in a high-touch, patient-facing role
  • 2+ years using Zendesk (or similar ticketing system)
  • 2+ years using Athena (or comparable EHR)
  • 2+ years using Google Workspace (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication with professional tone and clarity
  • Experience handling escalations with empathy, discretion, and follow-through
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus
