Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- 100% remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Respond in real-time to patient appointment change notifications via text, email, and phone
- Coordinate patient rescheduling using AthenaHealth, considering appointment types, clinician availability, and time zones
- Work across internal tools like Zendesk and Slack to resolve scheduling issues
- Monitor support tickets and assist with special scheduling projects as needed
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure smooth, responsive workflows
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
- 2+ years working with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with high-volume, time-sensitive patient interactions
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital health or virtual care environments
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Understanding of clinical scheduling logic and protocols
