Schedule

  • Full-time, 40-hour workweek
  • Fully remote, U.S.-based role
  • Requires flexibility with real-time patient inquiries

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to patient replies about rescheduling via text, email, and phone
  • Apply scheduling logic to modify, cancel, and rebook appointments in AthenaHealth
  • Coordinate with core Scheduler team on open time blocks, waitlists, and escalations
  • Monitor and resolve scheduling-related tickets in Zendesk and threads in Slack
  • Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive inquiries
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Preferred

  • Experience in digital health or virtual care environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling workflows and patient coordination
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
