Be the frontline voice for patients navigating their care. Midi Health is hiring a Patient Scheduling Support Representative to handle real-time patient communications, rescheduling, and schedule optimization in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote, work from home
- Standard business hours with flexibility to support patient scheduling needs
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to patient replies from reschedule notifications (SMS/email) and provide empathetic support via text, phone, and email
- Modify, cancel, and rebook appointments in AthenaHealth, following Midi scheduling protocols
- Apply scheduling logic across appointment types, time zones, and clinician availability
- Coordinate with the Scheduler team on waitlists, open time blocks, and escalations
- Monitor Zendesk tickets and internal Slack threads related to scheduling inquiries
- Support general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in high-volume healthcare operations or patient services
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital health or virtual care
- Understanding of clinical scheduling workflows and patient coordination best practices
- Bilingual Spanish skills
