Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Assigned shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm ET
  • Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and members
  • Provide benefit and eligibility details
  • Schedule and confirm medical appointments
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription requests
  • Answer claims and billing questions
  • Update member records with accuracy
  • Coordinate with providers and internal teams
  • Follow HIPAA privacy standards
  • Escalate complex cases when needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year call center experience
  • 1+ year healthcare or health insurance support
  • Reliable work history and dependability
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and system navigation skills
  • Private home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
  • Long-term commitment and desire to grow in the role

Preferred

  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets a plus)
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terms
