Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Schedules assigned between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- Weekly pay (starting at $14/hr. for training, with an increase after production)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist members with benefits, eligibility, scheduling, and service coordination
- Provide accurate plan and coverage information and resolve claims or billing inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and account updates
- Document interactions accurately in EMR/CRM systems while protecting confidentiality
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year in healthcare or health insurance support (member services, patient services, or benefits)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet
- Commitment to long-term role stability
Preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets, etc.)
- Appointment scheduling or benefits inquiry experience
- Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology
