Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Schedules assigned between 8:00am–9:00pm ET
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls for benefits, scheduling, and coordination
- Provide accurate information on eligibility and coverage
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with providers
- Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and claims inquiries
- Update patient and member records in EMR or CRM systems
- Communicate with providers and internal teams via secure channels
- Protect confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Escalate complex issues when needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year healthcare or health insurance experience
- Reliable high-speed internet and private home workspace
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask across systems while handling calls
- Stable work history and commitment to long-term employment
Preferred
- Experience scheduling appointments or handling benefits inquiries
- Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets, or similar)
- Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology
