Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Hours between 8:00am–9:00pm ET, assigned based on business needs
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to resolve member or patient inquiries
  • Provide information on benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with providers
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR or CRM systems while following HIPAA compliance
  • Escalate complex issues to the proper team or supervisor

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of call center customer service experience
  • 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while handling calls accurately
  • Stable work history with proven reliability
  • Private, dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred Skills

  • Appointment scheduling or benefits support experience
  • Familiarity with EMR or CRM systems
  • Experience with EPIC, Facets, or similar software
  • Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology
