Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii)
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do
- Manage and coach staff on development, performance, and cross-training
- Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations and problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with billing standards, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial rules, and CBO processes
- Develop and test new procedures, ensuring best practices are shared across teams
- Monitor KPIs and reporting to align with organizational goals
- Partner with clients and leadership to resolve concerns and improve processes
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and service quality
What You Need
- 5+ years in commercial medical claims billing, patient accounting, and insurance processes
- 3–5 years management experience in a hospital or CBO environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of coding, billing, and EOB methodologies
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Ability to build effective relationships while driving continuous improvement

- CRCR or equivalent certification
