Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET
  • 100% remote (U.S. based)

What You’ll Do

  • Educate patients on payment options and financial assistance programs
  • Verify insurance coverage and ensure accounts are billing-ready
  • Document, report, and collect patient payments accurately
  • Coordinate with clinics and insurance companies for smooth processing
  • Negotiate and set up patient payment arrangements
  • Review and process forms while ensuring compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of experience required; medical office, call center, or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing/coding (ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC/CPT) helpful
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and billing systems
