About Mosaic Pharmacy Service
Mosaic is a pharmacist-driven care model dedicated to helping medically complex and vulnerable seniors get more from their medicines. Partnering with health systems, assisted living facilities, and health plans, Mosaic simplifies medication regimens, improves adherence, and drives better outcomes for patients.
Schedule
- Fully remote (equipment provided)
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM ET
- Occasional Saturday overtime required
- Fixed daily schedule with breaks and lunches
What You’ll Do
- Make ~100 outbound calls daily to educate prospective patients and enroll them in Mosaic services.
- Answer inbound calls and address patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Clearly explain Mosaic services using approved scripts.
- Assist patients through the enrollment process and schedule onboarding calls.
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with prescribers’ offices to support onboarding.
- Meet department goals for calls, appointments, and quality metrics.
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of call center, physician office, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; able to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of health insurance and HIPAA guidelines preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps minimum) with ethernet connection and a quiet, secure home workspace.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
