Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US)
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Saturday coverage required: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members referred from multiple channels to explain services and enroll them
- Verify referral information, answer questions, and enter member details into databases
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism, responding to requests and troubleshooting as needed
- Assist with device support or offboarding when required
- Research member history to create solutions that improve retention
- Document interactions and escalate complaints to appropriate teams
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive patient data
- Deliver empathetic, effective communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in healthcare a plus)
- 2+ years of related professional experience; EHR/CRM experience preferred
- Background in home health, clinics, or senior services a strong plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
