ConcertoCare is hiring a Patient Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new patients. This full-time role focuses on scheduling initial visits, supporting intake requirements, and building trust with patients through friendly, professional communication.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote, supporting Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Pay: $19–$23 per hour + uncapped monthly bonus potential
What You’ll Do
- Engage patients via phone with professionalism and empathy
- Reach difficult-to-engage patients through proactive outreach, including in-person approaches
- Manage outreach queues and document outcomes in Salesforce and EMR systems
- Schedule patient appointments during successful outreach
- Answer inbound calls to support and engage with new patients
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare or patient-facing role
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong appointment scheduling skills
- Sales or call center experience preferred
- CNA/MA background a plus
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient service
