Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Saturday coverage: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST
- Pay: Starting at $18.81 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential or returning members to explain services and re-engage them
- Verify referral information, process new member referrals, and document in company systems
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Research member history to support enrollment and retention
- Troubleshoot devices and assist with patient offboarding as needed
- Report concerns or complaints to appropriate parties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing high-quality service
- Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s in health-related field preferred)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related role
- EHR/CRM experience preferred
- Experience with senior populations or home health is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently in a virtual environment
- Empathy, patience, and passion for delivering excellent patient experiences
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
