Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST
- Pay range: $19–$20/hr. + performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach to potential patients and caregivers
- Educate patients on health services and benefits, and help them schedule appointments
- Build trusting relationships over the phone with individuals managing complex health needs
- Use CRM and EMR systems to track outreach and document interactions
- Collaborate with clinical teams for smooth handoffs from outreach to ongoing care
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and enrollment goals
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer service or sales (cold outreach preferred)
- 2+ years in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or related fields
- Experience supporting seniors or individuals with behavioral health needs
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
