Schedule
- Full-time, Remote
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Saturday coverage: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to enroll and retain members, providing qualifying services and solutions
- Verify referral information and explain benefits to patients and caregivers
- Manage incoming calls and assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, or offboarding as needed
- Research member history, document updates in databases, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
- Meet departmental and company-wide performance metrics
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
- 2+ years of customer service or patient engagement experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a virtual environment
- Empathy, patience, and a personable telephone manner
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
