Schedule
- Full-time, US-based remote role
- Must complete HIPAA/PHI, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key patient advocate, maintaining strong relationships to ensure ongoing testing
- Collaborate with Field Sales and internal operations teams to support existing patients
- Assess patient needs, provide coordination, and resolve logistical issues
- Maintain a service-first relationship with patients, ensuring quality support
- Respond to data and analysis requests across the organization in a timely manner
- Help manage business systems, including Salesforce and QlikView
- Nurture and grow patient relationships to encourage testing continuity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ call center experience (inbound and outbound)
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
- Ability to explain technology to patients in clear, relatable language
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and quantitative analysis
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with tactical execution ability
- Must act with urgency and thrive in a collaborative environment
Compensation
- $61,600 – $77,000 USD annually (San Carlos, CA range; final offer varies by location and experience)
