Schedule

  • Fully remote, full-time role (32+ hours per week)
  • Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts required (some holidays included)
  • Mandatory two-week paid training over Zoom (100% attendance required):
    • Sept 29 – Oct 3, 9am–5pm EST
    • Oct 6 – Oct 10, 11am–7pm EST

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients calling their doctor’s office
  • Build trust and provide compassionate support using customized scripts
  • Document patient needs accurately before connecting them with a nurse
  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Escalate calls appropriately when needed and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Contribute to a supportive, non-clinical healthcare team environment

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare/call center preferred)
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong computer skills
  • HIPAA-compliant home office with locked-door workspace
  • Reliable hardwired internet (23 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)
  • Landline or VOIP phone (from same provider as internet; services like Google Voice not accepted)
  • Must pass pre-employment test, background check, and reference check

  • Additional incentives:
    • +$1/hour differential (3pm–11pm EST, Mon–Thurs)
    • +$3/hour weekend differential (Fri 3pm EST – Mon 7am EST)
    • +$1/hour bilingual pay (Spanish, testing required)
