Schedule
- Full-time remote position
- Shifts vary within Patient Contact Center hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Evening shifts include a $2/hour differential
Responsibilities
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm medical appointments according to patient preferences and physician guidelines
- Collect and maintain accurate patient registration, demographic, and insurance information
- Provide one-call resolution when possible and route non-scheduling inquiries appropriately
- Process multi-channel messages related to appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints
- Achieve and maintain quality/service metrics
- Assist with training new hires and support team initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple monitors/software platforms
- Familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred

- Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Adequate setup to accommodate employer-supplied equipment
- High-speed cable modem internet (minimum: 75 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload)
- Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi only allowed with VPN)
