Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shifts vary between Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Evening shifts receive $2.00/hour differential pay
What You’ll Do
- Schedule, cancel, and confirm patient appointments while following physician-specific guidelines
- Answer patient calls and route non-scheduling inquiries appropriately
- Collect and enter accurate registration, demographic, and insurance details
- Provide one-call resolution whenever possible
- Document and process messages for appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and complaints
- Meet quality and service goals aligned with contact center metrics
- Assist in training initiatives for new hires
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in computer use and navigating multiple software platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
