Schedule
- Full-time remote role (Aurora, CO)
- Standard weekday schedule; flexibility may be required
Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments at the appropriate facility
- Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information accurately
- Ensure patients are cleared for diagnostic tests prior to appointments
- Communicate regularly with referring offices and internal sales representatives
- Maintain account folders and follow departmental procedures
- Adhere to departmental policies while providing outstanding customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare, or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance plans and medical terminology helpful
- Strong computer skills; ability to follow pre-established guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service
