Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm MST (9:00am–6:00pm CT, 10:00am–7:00pm ET, 7:00am–4:00pm PT)
- Regular schedule options:
- Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm MST (11:00am–8:00pm CT, 12:00pm–9:00pm ET, 9:00am–6:00pm PT)
- Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm MST (10:00am–7:00pm CT, 11:00am–8:00pm ET, 8:00am–5:00pm PT)
- Not available in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Manage client schedules, including appointments and rescheduling needs
- Communicate insurance benefits and financial enrollments clearly to families
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to ensure client follow-through on treatment plans
- Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, etc.)
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact attendance or care
- Share aftercare resources and coordinate post-treatment appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPIs such as scheduling rates, issue resolution, call volume, and satisfaction scores
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of customer/patient support or success experience
- 1–2 years of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and contact center technology experience
- Experience with financial discussions (health insurance/billing a plus)
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and EMR systems
