Schedule
- Remote position available across most U.S. states (excludes AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, MN)
- Full-time role with structured shifts:
- Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT) OR
- Tues–Sat, 9am–6pm MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
- Two-week training required, Mon–Fri 8–5 MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT)
What You’ll Do
- Guide new clients and families through enrollment, benefits, and scheduling
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, etc.)
- Coordinate schedules, reschedule appointments, and proactively address treatment barriers
- Support aftercare planning by connecting families with ongoing resources
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet performance KPIs (appointments scheduled, financial agreements, client satisfaction scores, etc.)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- 2+ years of client success, patient support, or call center experience
- 1–2 years of Salesforce (or other CRM) and contact center tech experience
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written/verbal communication and high emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance, and medical billing practices strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMRs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; bilingual Spanish a plus
