Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote position (Illinois-based)
- Starting pay: $18–$19/hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, physicians, and caregivers during onboarding
- Process new referrals and admissions, ensuring timely insurance verification
- Provide education to patients and caregivers about infusion services
- Support problem identification and resolution with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment
- 2+ years of healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience
- 1+ year working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High School diploma or GED required
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare insurance and medical terminology
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
