Our Patient Care Coordinators work to gather needed information in industries where confidentiality is vital. Our customers include Insurance, Legal, and Clinical service providers. Responsibilities include communicating with individuals via telephone, video conference, or an aided HIPAA compliant TTY/TDD system to gather medical or other information. Our Patient Care Coordinators work to gather needed information in industries where confidentiality is vital. We enable highly motivated individuals to perform at their best. Incentive pay for exceeding specific target goals is possible.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone interviews or questionnaires for all outgoing or incoming calls following scripts and established protocol.
Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases
Record accurate and complete information in the database
Exhibit effective communication and tele-health skills. Converse with callers in an empathetic manner with a positive and upbeat personality
Maintain company performance, quality standards wile following established guidelines
Meet and exceed all productivity standards

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to use Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Ability to multi-task with both telephone and computer applications/portals/systems
Excellent customer service, pleasant and engaging phone etiquette with the ability to follow a script while keeping conversation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of medical terminology or medical related field is preferred but not required

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8AM – 9PM EST; 20+ hrs. per week (designate your own schedule)

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday or Sunday – 4 hrs.

Required Training:

(Virtual) 2 weeks, 4 hrs. each day (Monday – Friday)

Salary
$16 – $18 per hour
