What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with enrollment in the Prescription Payment Plan and verify eligibility
- Confirm coverage of prescribed medications and manage approvals
- Reduce patient out-of-pocket costs by managing copays, coinsurance, and copay assistance
- Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure proper application of benefits
- Support patients with refills, renewals, and continued eligibility
- Educate patients on updates, renewals, and program processes
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations
What You Need
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (prescription assistance experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills for working with patients, providers, and pharmacies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a remote work environment
- A genuine passion for improving healthcare access
