Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote
- Start Date: Monday, October 20, 2025
- Training & Nesting (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Post-Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Compensation
- $17.50/hour starting pay
- Monthly bonus incentives
What You’ll Do
- Handle 30–35 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and health plan companies
- Investigate payment status and explain patient financial responsibilities
- Collect outstanding balances and offer financial assistance options
- Answer billing questions (EOBs, balances, payments, benefits)
- Ensure accurate and efficient call resolution
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- 1+ year in healthcare or medical industry
- 1+ year of billing experience preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and dual monitors
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and strong data entry skills
- Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, browsers, troubleshooting)
- Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
