Job Overview:
- As a Billing Account Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service to Identify patient’s needs to help educate them on CareCentrix role in their care.
- You will determine the acceptance of patient’s financial responsibility through claim research, plans and eligibility to resolve the patient’s account.
- Identify and escalate patient issues and concerns
- Handle around 30-40 inbound calls from patient, provider, and insurance calls on a daily basis.
- Calls come in through an inbound queue and our team members assist our customers by addressing patient billing inquiries and out of pocket costs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Call Center experience is REQUIRED
- Experience within Healthcare is preferred (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, collections, reimbursement, insurance verification, scheduling high-volume etc.) or RELATED FIELD.
- Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, in a call center, stationary environment
- Must meet internet speed requirements (will be tested) / Confidential workspace
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
- Call center environment / inbound call center / queue-style calls
- 100% Remote – Equipment provided
- Hours: Monday-Friday – 9:30AM-6:00PM(EST)
