Support patients and providers by managing billing and collections with accuracy and care. As a Patient Accounts Specialist with Soleo Health, you’ll oversee patient accounts receivable while ensuring a positive experience for those receiving specialty infusion therapy.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (TX preferred)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Pacific Time preferred
  • No weekends or holidays

What You’ll Do

  • Review billing statements for balances after third-party payments and generate patient collection reports
  • Communicate with patients about overdue balances, billing issues, or payment arrangements
  • Monitor Soleo’s collection agency portal and provide requested information
  • Prepare adjustments to patient balances after collection efforts are exhausted
  • Review Soleo Assistance applications for approval or denial
  • Submit and manage manufacturer co-payment program claims and collections
  • Create invoices for missing equipment and track them through the collections process
  • Research and prepare patient refund requests when needed
  • Document notes accurately in company systems and escalate trends or issues to management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with payer contracts, company policies, and all applicable regulations

What You Need

  • Knowledge of home infusion therapy billing practices (required)
  • 1+ year of medical billing and collections experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
  • Strong math, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • CPR+ system experience preferred
