Schedule
- Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00/hour
- Monday–Friday shifts available: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Fully Remote
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service in every patient interaction, upholding RSi’s quality and integrity standards.
- Handle consecutive inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- Collect payments in full or set up patient payment plans while resolving account questions.
- Document all activity, maintain organized records, and respond to communications promptly.
- Navigate assigned client software systems efficiently.
- Manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adhere to FDCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow hospital/physician billing practices and 3rd party requirements.
- Model professionalism when handling challenging accounts or interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of call center experience.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or collections preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
