Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (EST)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, collecting payments in full or arranging payment plans
- Resolve patient billing questions and maintain superior customer service standards
- Document all account activity accurately and maintain organized unit records
- Work within FDCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable compliance standards
- Utilize client software systems effectively for account resolution and collections
- Model professionalism in handling difficult or sensitive accounts
- Support healthcare providers by ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or collections experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong work ethic
