Schedule
- Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
- Hours: Mon–Fri, shifts between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM ET
- Fully remote role
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls to resolve balances or set up payment plans
- Deliver superior customer service while following client policies and compliance guidelines (FDCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Document all interactions and organize account records
- Utilize client software systems effectively for billing and collections
- Manage consecutive calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Model professionalism when handling challenging accounts or patient concerns
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Accounts receivable or healthcare billing/collections experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
