Description
We are looking for a Partner Onboarding Specialist to work directly with our software client’s partner team to assist in onboarding new partners into the QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP) Program.
The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialists including planning and delivering partner onboarding activities, delegating tasks to project team members, ensuring partner onboarding and readiness is completed on schedule. You will work across partner sales and marketing teams to provide execution support in key areas
This is a contract position through July 2023, with opportunity to extend longer.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out and manage tasks and deadlines needed to onboard partners
- Schedule regular internal and external meetings to check in on progress, tracking toward a launch date
- Document team processes to improve knowledge sharing/transfer and improve process
- Identify and problem solve with the team to remove onboarding blockers
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Training and Partner team stakeholders
- Provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills, ability to engage effectively with senior management and Partner stakeholders.
- Experience working with partner sales and marketing teams
- Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, SmartSheets
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Understanding of cloud services
- Detail oriented
