Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialists elevate BellXcel’s brand and customer experience by providing high quality support to our partners. BellXcel seeks individuals passionate about delivering effective and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders with warmth and urgency.
Position Overview:
Through the BellXcel Help Desk, Service Specialists assist Partners with implementing BellXcel tools to achieve their own program goals. Service Specialists also continuously increase transparency and collaboration across teams by driving improvements to BX’s information systems. BellXcel’s mission is for all children to excel. We do this by providing youth programs with the tools and resources they need to run high-quality programs. The position includes part-time support for the BellXcel Help Desk which includes a live chat option, email, or web form submission for support.
Position Accountabilities
The Customer Service Specialist will join the Success Operations team in providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time seasonal position for April-August 2023.
Specific accountabilities include:
Represent BellXcel and build strong relationships with partners in customer service contexts.
Increase partners’ proficiency of BX platform and tools through resolving Help Desk inquiries.
Creatively problem-solve with partners and internal stakeholders to formulate best solutions to partners’ needs.
Ensure partner satisfaction by monitoring progress for products and services; manage vendor relationships and strive for on-time delivery.
Maintain deep understanding of BellXcel’s Partner portfolio, spot user trends and hotspots to assist the product team in crafting the best possible user experience.
Analyze, improve, and design internal systems and tools for teams to stay informed, organized, and efficient.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this position, with demonstrated experience in supporting operational systems.
In addition to having educational experience, applicants should have:
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or other types of CRM
Preferred: Availability during CST or PST hours
Affinity for customer service and creative solutions to address specific needs
Clear and concise written and oral communication
Great organizational skills
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable with time management and working remotely
Commitment for maintaining data systems and processes
