Schedule
- Part-time, remote (US-based) with occasional travel to the Atlanta office as needed
- Flexible schedule with open availability required
- Quarterly performance benchmarks set by senior management
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly production goals and product-specific targets
- Deliver high levels of customer and dealer service
- Maintain compliance with all company processes and policies
- Maximize application conversion rates through strong product knowledge and relationship management
- Support sales teams and collaborate effectively across departments
- Adhere to workforce management plans to meet service level goals (including attendance and punctuality)
- Foster a competitive and team-oriented environment
- Proficiently use Microf systems and maintain daily registry requirements
- Accurately document all steps and communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- High energy, adaptable, and coachable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Flexible work schedule when needed
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Quick decision-making skills under limited information
