What You’ll Do
- Meet or exceed quarterly production goals set by senior management
- Provide exceptional customer and dealer service to maximize satisfaction and conversions
- Ensure compliance with all processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support sales efforts across the team and contribute to workforce management targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and registry management daily
- Foster a team-oriented, competitive, and supportive environment within originations and sales teams
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microf systems to manage applications and records
- Handle tasks with urgency, attention to detail, and professionalism
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional sales approach
- High energy, adaptable, and coachable mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions with limited information
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
