- 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
- 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sun
- 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun
What You’ll Do
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing quick, professional, one-call resolutions
- Educate customers on ignition interlock requirements, compliance, and responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately and securely
- Use tools and resources to deliver accurate, complete, and compliant information
- Uphold company standards and values in every customer interaction
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
- Strong accountability and independent work ethic
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking with regulatory requirements
- Ability to consistently meet quality, efficiency, and attendance standards
- Proficient typing and multitasking skills
Compensation
- $19–$24/hour (base + uncapped incentive potential)
