Job Description Summary
Conduct research to determine the fair, local-market value for various commercial and recreational product lines involved in a potential total loss using the Internet and our proprietary database. This position works closely with claim adjusters from top insurers, dealerships and manufacturers across the United States. Initial onboarding and training will be remote, with the option to remain remote post-training or to transition into our Sioux Falls, South Dakota, office, dependent upon vaccination status, while adhering to CDC guidelines during the pandemic. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, web cam and headset will be provided. Starting wage is $20/hour + dependent upon experience. This is a contract position that offers a flexible part time schedule between 20-30 hours per week with peak hours during the summer months. This opportunity requires no selling or collections. Job Duties
Establish fair market value for various commercial and recreational product lines assisting insurers in claim settlement
Update information and determine the availability and price of new or used commercial and recreational equipment
Some outbound calling (non-sales related) required to dealerships and adjusters
Maintain relationships with dealers and claim adjusters
Provide supplemental research as requested
Adhere to attendance, production, quality and other metric standards
Qualifications
Prior commercial and/or recreational claims experience required
High School Diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
Keyboarding and PC skills
Possess a positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
