Schedule
- Part time, contract (1099)
- Remote (Miami, FL listed)
- Weekdays only: calls must be completed between 9am to 6pm ET
- Minimum availability: 20 to 25 hours per week
- Pace expectation: about 15 calls per hour using their enrollment software
What You’ll Do
- Cold call Medicare patients using enrollment software (around 15 calls per hour)
- Explain program benefits, eligibility, and parameters clearly
- Answer questions with empathy and accuracy to ensure patient understanding
- Encourage enrollment and overcome objections when needed
- Document every call and interaction thoroughly in the system
- Track recurring questions, issues, and patient feedback and share with management
- Stay current on program details and outreach best practices
What You Need
- At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience (must have)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (must have)
- High volume cold calling experience and comfort initiating outbound conversations
- Ability to work independently while hitting performance metrics
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new software fast
- Strong organization and time management
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Patient first mindset and ability to build trust quickly
- Motivation to hit goals and improve daily
- Detail oriented with 100% accurate documentation
- Resilient with strong objection handling
- Very strong closing skills
- Medicare experience or knowledge preferred
Benefits
- $20 per hour
- $200 performance bonus after 60 days
- 1099 contractor role (you cover your own equipment, payroll taxes, and benefits)
