JUICE, a results-driven digital marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Search Specialist to develop and manage high-performing campaigns for exciting brands and tech startups. This is a client-facing, full-funnel SEM role where you’ll partner with Client Success Managers to drive ROI, optimize campaigns, and fuel growth across industries.

What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute paid search strategies tailored to client KPIs
- Manage and optimize Google, Bing, and other PPC campaigns
- Write, test, and refine compelling ad copy leveraging all ad extensions
- Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research
- Implement advanced targeting, including segmentation and retargeting
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data at keyword/feed level to identify insights
- Generate detailed client performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage daily pacing and ad spend to maximize ROI
- Collaboration
- Partner with Client Success Managers on cross-channel full-funnel strategies
- Align paid search tactics with broader marketing and client goals
- Communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations effectively
- Innovation & Leadership
- Stay ahead of SEM industry updates, trends, and technologies
- Collaborate with creative teams on innovative ad formats and testing
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of SEM experience, ideally in consumer and agency environments
- Strong knowledge of cross-channel, full-funnel strategy
- Expertise in keyword research, campaign management, and optimization
- Skilled with SEM reporting and third-party analytics tools
- Google Ads certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with data feeds and shopping campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, proactively, and drive results
- Proven client relationship management skills
