- Rate: Starting at $7 USD/hour (final rate based on skills and experience)
What You’ll Do
- Execute paid search programs through planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to improve performance
- Closely monitor campaigns and make real-time adjustments to meet goals
- Deliver accurate, actionable reporting aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with teams to ensure strategy and execution remain aligned
- Focus solely on paid search (Ad Operations excluded)
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience independently executing paid search campaigns
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare category
- Strong understanding of SEM mechanisms and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with US market dynamics
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred but not required:
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Team leadership experience
