Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm (local time zone)
- Flexibility for some afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to educate patients and schedule appointments
- Use motivational interviewing to overcome barriers to care
- Act as liaison between patients and practices for coordination needs
- Respond to patient questions via phone, text, and email
- Track outreach activity and outcomes in Aledade systems
- Identify trends and share strategies to improve outreach effectiveness
What You Need
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of healthcare experience and 1 year of telephonic customer service
- Call center experience required; bilingual preferred
- Knowledge of call center performance operations and healthcare terminology
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications
- Medical Terminology certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet
