Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based (must provide personal Windows or Mac computer, no Chromebooks)
- Contract-to-perm position
- High-volume outbound calling role (150+ calls per day)
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to active members to schedule follow-up appointments with registered dietitians
- Follow a call script while keeping conversations engaging and personable
- Hit weekly quotas (55+ follow-up appointments booked per day target; 4 appointments per member)
- Address member questions and escalate issues as needed
- Track progress and outcomes in company systems
What You Need
- Prior experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Reliable home setup: computer, internet, and quiet workspace
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with automated dialing systems
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Healthcare or wellness background
