Schedule
- Training: 4 days, Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm EST
- Production: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–8:00pm EST; Sat 9:00am–5:30pm EST
- Remote, U.S. based
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid
- Verify eligibility by gathering demographic, household, and income details
- Educate members on Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, and documentation
- Assist members with applications or connect them to appropriate resources
- Document interactions in CRM/eligibility systems accurately and completely
- Handle objections professionally and meet enrollment performance targets
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal guidelines
- Show empathy and professionalism when serving vulnerable populations
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, scheduling, or retention with focus on objection handling
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
