Our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and innovators delivers personalized, virtual care that reduces preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections, and maternal mortality rates across the country.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT
- Occasional overtime may be required
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to educate patients and enroll them in Pomelo Care’s services.
- Build rapport and trust with patients and families through empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
- Achieve monthly enrollment goals and contribute to overall program growth.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and connect patients to Pomelo’s clinical and social support resources.
- Maintain detailed, accurate outreach records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Manage occasional inbound calls and scheduling follow-ups as needed.

- Competitive base salary: $40,000–$50,000/year
- Uncapped performance bonuses with on-target earnings of $70,000–$100,000
