Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Call center open Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–9 PM CST
  • Final shift assigned at hire
  • 10 days of required paid training (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST)
  • Remote, equipment provided

What You’ll Do

  • Make 300–400 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations.
  • Use 20+ approved scripts, handle rebuttals professionally, and ensure clear communication.
  • Meet productivity and quality goals, including appointment-setting targets.
  • Adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA compliance and report escalations immediately.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience.
  • Previous outbound/high-volume call experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive, professional approach.
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule and multitask across systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (10MB upload/download) and a quiet home workspace.
